Jason VanPraagh 

Co-Founder & Partner, Northcross Capital

 

Jason Van Praagh is a Co-Founder and Partner at Northcross Capital and has over 25 years of experience in the global short-term interest rate markets. Northcross was established in London in 2005 and currently manages circa $8 billion in assets through the range of repo-backed commercial paper programs.  
Prior to Northcross Capital he was Managing Director, Global Head of Treasury Sales with Rabobank International. Jason’s role encompassed global responsibility for customer relationship management, product distribution, research and client advisory services. Before this, Jason was the Head of Short-term Interest Rate Markets for Rabobank International – London branch. Jason also represented Rabobank on a variety of industry bodies during his 7 years with the firm. 
Before joining Rabobank Jason spent 4 years in the Money Market/Repo division of Deutsche Bank AG. This included postings in Singapore as Head of Money Market/Repo, Tokyo as Co-head of Repo and London as Repo dealer. Prior to this he worked for the Australia & New Zealand Banking Group in his home city of Melbourne, Australia.

Grant Davies

Founder of Blended Markets

Grants career within securities finance  has been focussed on Collateral, SBL & Repo products across Equities and Fixed Income. Over 25-year career in financial markets began at Lehman Brothers trading delta one products to leading sales teams within JPMorgan and Blackrock in recent years providing him with broad understanding of clients’ needs and the positive impact of technology solutions.

 

Dina Noelle

Investor Relations and Business Development Manager - Northcross Capital

 

Dina Noelle has over 25 years of experience in repo, securities financing and treasury markets. Dina is currently the Investor Relations Manager at Northcross Capital.  Prior to joining Northcross in 2012 Dina was with Rabobank International in London for 10 years, most recently as Head of Treasury Sales – Europe, and Global Head of Central Bank Sales. This role encompassed client relationship management, distribution development and product sales for Money Market Deposits, CD’s, CP, ABCP, Repo, Securities Lending, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate Derivatives. Prior to this Dina worked in trading and sales in the Money Market/Repo arena at Swiss Bank Corporation in Sydney and at Goldman Sachs in London, NY and Frankfurt.

Stephen Kiely

Head of the BNY Mellon Securities Finance Client Relationship Management in EMEA and Global Head of Business Development

Steve is a securities finance professional with over 20 years’ experience in the securities industry, mostly in securities lending and repo. Steve is the head of the BNY Mellon Securities Finance Client Relationship Management in EMEA and Global Head of Business Development, where he is responsible for sales, market visibility and client management across the whole securities finance suite of products. Before he began working at BNY Mellon, Steve was responsible for securities finance sales and relationship management at Citigroup in London for seven years focusing on Luxembourg, Nordics and the Middle East.  Prior to this, Steve was Head of Capital Markets Operations at HVB London, specialising in fixed income and derivative structures. Steve has extensive experience with both the buy and sell side of the market, vendors and industry bodies, and is a regular contributor to industry press and event panels.

Sejal Amin

Head of Events, Marketing & Communications at the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA).

 

In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, Sej’s responsible for managing and implementing the Association’s strategy around its various messaging conduits, including publications, website, social media channels and numerous conferences and regional events. These platforms allow the Association to truly showcase much of its legal, regulatory and advocacy work across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sejal has over 15 years of sales and account management in the financial technology industry (including asset management and securities lending), gained primarily during her time at Data Explorers (now S&P Global), where she supported their small but growing securities lending client base in Europe. She went on to become one of their most senior and successful account directors globally before their acquisition in 2011.
